With a decade of experience spanning across multiple Asian countries, I am a dedicated Japanese sushi and kaiseki chef who seamlessly blends modern innovation with classic Japanese techniques, incorporating local produce to create exquisite culinary experiences. I have had the privilege of working in various cultural contexts, including Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, and my current home in Australia.
