Nabeshima

鍋島 大吟醸 Nabeshima Daiginjo is an exceptional sake because of its manufacture, the Fukuchiyo brewery using old and artisanal techniques, and by the quality of the ingredients brewed with in particular Yamada Nishiki rice. Rewarded with the "Champion Sake" prize at the International Wine Challenge (IWC) of 2011, this premium sake with a soft and slightly floral profile expresses fruity notes of citrus and green apple. It is eaten fresh, with seafood such as scallops or lobsters

Nichi Nichi

日々 Using Yamada Nishiki grown in Hyogo and water from Kyoto. And some secretive blend of rice and polishing rates. Clean, Super Crisp & super Dry. Plenty Acidity on the palette unlike most sakes. A subtle Smoky mid-range can only be felt if taste buds exceeds a certain concentration, Very smooth aftertaste, no alcohol is felt, but a lingering texture that makes one want to chew on it. One would immediately want to have another sip.

Aramasa ‘Cosmos’

新政 '秋桜' It is produced with the traditional Kimoto method. The rice used is Kairyoshinko and Aramasa used to be an only brewery to produce sake with using this rice until a few years before, so it’s a signature rice of Aramasa. The texture is smooth, and the balance of sweetness, umami, sourness, and bitterness are lovely with a sophisticated complexity. The sake is fermented in wooden barrels instead of the usual steel tanks, giving it a savoury umami finish.

Aramasa ‘Cosmos’

Aramasa ‘No.6 S-type’

新政 'No.6 S-Type' The S-Type is a refined, well-balanced sake from Aramasa's No.6 series. It’s crafted to offer a perfect mix of richness and crispness. You’ll notice a refreshing sourness and light sweetness with a smooth texture. The S-Type is approachable, with a vibrant and expressive profile that’s perfect for pairing with food or enjoying on its own. Think of it as the more versatile and everyday option within the No.6 series.

Aramasa 'VIRIDIAN'

新政 '天鷲絨' Commonly known as "Viridian." Made using Akita's high-grade sake rice "Misato Nishiki." The rice is flat-polished to 50%, which brings out the best of Misato Nishiki's potential. "Tenjuu" is the most powerful sake in the Colors lineup, with the deepest flavor and lingering aftertaste. The quality of this sake has improved in recent years, partly because the majority of the cultivation area has been switched to pesticide-free cultivation. The full-bodied flavor can be fully enjoyed immediately after pressing, but it also has the ability to age for a long time, rivaling Ash Earth.

Craft Brew Tea by MARUSHICHI

ワイングラスで楽しむ日本のお茶 "Enjoy Japanese Tea in a Wine Glass" Experience the elegance of Japanese tea in a wine glass, enhancing the aroma and flavor profile, much like how fine wine is enjoyed. This unique way of serving allows you to fully appreciate the delicate fragrances and subtle nuances of the tea. A bottle tilts, and the green liquid pours gently. The water's translucent, natural blue stretches endlessly, while the rich fragrance of premium tea leaves deepens. The delicate aroma drifts, melding together the moment it touches the air. This is the harmonious marriage of Japanese tea and cuisine. A new, non-alcoholic option that adds a touch of luxury to your dining experience. "CRAFT BREW TEA" expresses the individuality of tea leaves in every drop, capturing the fresh, brewed essence, the full-bodied flavor, and the expansive aroma. In this moment, with a glass in hand, it’s a blissful moment of relaxation and indulgence.

TSUYA - AJI

艶味 'TSUYAAJI' "Rich Umami and Smooth, Velvety Texture" This tea has a shimmering golden infusion with a translucent clarity. It offers a subtle roasted aroma and a slight bitterness that serves as an accent, balanced by a moderate body. The tea is rich in amino acids, delivering a deep, umami flavor with a velvety, smooth texture. Brewed slowly at a low temperature using the "Saemidori" variety as the main ingredient, it is crafted to resemble a light-bodied red wine. While we recommend enjoying it at room temperature to fully appreciate its aroma and smooth umami, chilling it allows you to savor the lingering aftertaste of its rich flavor.

UJI-MIDORI

UJI-MIDORI 煎茶 Ujitawara Town, the central production area of Uji tea, is a historically significant region known for its association with Japanese tea. It is often referred to as the "birthplace of Japanese green tea" due to the establishment of the green tea steaming method by Nagatani Soen in this area. This tea is made entirely from the "Ujimidori" variety, which was selectively bred from the local indigenous strains, making it the quintessential Uji tea. The flavor offers a refined, delicate umami with a clean, refreshing bitterness that lingers pleasantly on the palate. Its balanced taste makes it a perfect, classic green tea that pairs well with various Japanese dishes.

RAKUEN

RAKUEN '楽淹' "Elegant Wisteria-like Aroma and Refreshing Finish" This tea has a bright, pale straw-colored infusion. It is carefully brewed with gentle hot water to extract the aroma and then quickly cooled to suppress any bitterness. The result is a refreshing, smooth texture followed by a wisteria-like fragrance. Afterward, you can detect a subtle, characteristic bitterness typical of tea. Made from the rare "Fujikaori" variety, this tea offers a unique floral jasmine-like scent, which is a rare find in Japanese tea. Enjoy the delicate and precious aroma of this exceptional tea.
